p999login is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Our standard processing time targets are: standard members within 30 minutes, Silver tier within 20 minutes, Gold tier within 15 minutes, Platinum tier within 10 minutes, and Elite tier within 1 minute of request submission during business hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit on real money winnings, subject to verification.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a method verified in the member's name as part of KYC. This is an anti-fraud measure.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering is complete will result in the bonus portion being forfeited.
• p999login reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Members must cooperate fully with such checks within 5 business days.

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and sit in a separate bonus balance within your p999login account until wagering requirements are met.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus on p999login is 10× the bonus amount — one of the lowest in the market.
• Wagering contributions vary by product: sports betting singles and accumulators contribute 100%; casino slots contribute 100%; live casino table games (blackjack, baccarat) contribute 10%.
• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a new-member bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse and is a serious breach of these terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without notice once the validity period ends.
• p999login reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members will be given reasonable notice of any change to an active promotion they have already opted into.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and esports betting activity conducted through p999login. These are in addition to any sport-specific rules published within the relevant betting market.

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by p999login. There is no cancellation option once a bet is settled into the system.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live market being open at the time of placement. p999login reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time of placement are the odds you will receive, subject to the bet being accepted.
• p999login reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout on a single bet or accumulator is subject to limits set by p999login for each sport and market type. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• For cricket betting, all PSL and international match bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. Weather-affected results, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern calculations and super over outcomes are all treated as official results on p999login.
• Winning from arbitrage betting or exploitation of pricing errors will be voided. p999login's odds are set in good faith and customers are expected to use the platform for entertainment purposes.

• Session Time Reminders: Members can set reminders to alert them after a defined period of continuous play on p999login.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members can request a temporary break from p999login ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period, access to the account is suspended but funds are fully preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they need a permanent break can self-exclude from p999login. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Any balance is returned after the self-exclusion process is verified.
• p999login customer support is available 24/7 to assist any member who has concerns about their gambling behaviour. No judgement, just support.

p999login reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where a breach of these Terms and Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected. This includes but is not limited to:

• Registration by a person under 18 years of age.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Abuse of bonus offers or promotions.
• Fraudulent deposit activity, including chargebacks.
• Use of automated betting software or bots to interact with the p999login platform.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour toward p999login staff or other members.

Where an account is closed due to a member's breach of these terms, p999login reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and, in cases of fraud, to withhold real money balance pending investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach, the full account balance will be returned to the member via their verified payment method within 5 business days.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@p999login.bet. Voluntary closures are processed within 2 business days and the full balance is returned.

All content on the p999login platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, written content, game interfaces, graphics, statistics data and promotional materials — is the property of p999login or its licensed providers.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any p999login content without prior written permission.
• You may not use the p999login name, logo or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or association without explicit written consent from p999login.
• Game content provided by third-party providers on p999login remains the intellectual property of those providers. p999login has licensed the right to offer those games to its members but does not claim ownership of the game content itself.
• Live cricket score data, odds data and statistics displayed on p999login are sourced from licensed data providers. Scraping, copying or commercially redistributing this data is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p999login's liability to any member is limited to the following:

• p999login is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from system downtime, internet connection failures, or delays in data feeds outside of p999login's direct control.
• p999login does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary unavailability. p999login will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.
• p999login is not liable for gambling losses incurred on the platform. Gambling involves risk and by using p999login you accept that losing your staked funds is a possible outcome of every bet and game session.
• In any circumstance where p999login is found liable, the maximum liability to a single member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• p999login is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays, fees or errors during deposit or withdrawal processing.

Your continued use of p999login after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using p999login and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to p999login's operations. Any dispute arising from the use of p999login that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process should be submitted in writing to support@p999login.bet.

p999login is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly. Our standard dispute response time is 5 business days from receipt of a formal written complaint. For complex disputes, we may require up to 28 days and will keep you informed of progress throughout.

p999login members agree that any legal proceedings arising from these terms or from the use of the platform will be conducted in the language of these Terms and Conditions, which is English.
